Jimmy Roberts, Tyler YMCA Personal Trainer
Jimmy is a certified personal trainer who puts his techniques to use through professional power lifting competitions. In January 2012, Jimmy won First Place Overall Lifter in Oklahoma to go along with his many other awards. You can catch Jimmy primarily in the mornings if you're looking to bulk up, slim down, or just take your exercise routine to the next level.
Julianna Salisbury, Tyler YMCA Personal Trainer
Juli Salisbury is a certified personal trainer through SEW. She has been with the Y for a little over two years and she is also certified and teaches the Les Mills Body Step and Body Attack fitness classes. Chuck Rawlings, Tyler YMCA Personal Trainer
Chuck is a personal trainer at the Tyler YMCA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Southern Arkansas University and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler. He has coached football at the collegiate and high school levels for the last 15 years where he also served as a Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. Jeremy Taylor, CPT
NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified since 2003
Played mulitple team sports throughout high school and other organizations, and have been lifting weights since I was 11 years old in correlation to those sports and for general fitness. I have worked with athletes to prepare for sports such as power lifting, baseball, football, volleyball, golf and tennis on every level from high school to professional. Specialized in injury recovery and prevention in age ranges from 8 years old to 78 years old. Along with spinal fusions/degeneration, multiple joint considerations and medical needs ranging from high blood pressure to diabetes type I and II. Weight loss, muscle gain, range of motion, balance and coordination and overall fitness to better one's lifestyle are among the many services I provide.
